More focus on training high-tech human resources for military and civilian sectors
PANO - On March 31, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Trong Nghia led a delegation to visit and work with the Signal Officer Candidate School under the Signal Corps.
Accompanying the delegation were Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh and Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People's Army.
During the visit, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation toured various research and training facilities of the school, including the Foreign Language and Information Technology Training Center and the fiber-optic UAV control system. Following the tour, the school's leadership reported on the implementation of resolutions concerning scientific and technological advancements, innovation, digital transformation, and the achievements the school has attained recently.

Speaking at the working session, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia highly appreciated the efforts of the Signal Officer Candidate School in education and training, as well as in digital transformation and scientific research. He emphasized that, in the coming period, the school should maximize the potential of its Foreign Language and Information Technology Training Center, focusing on training high-tech human resources to meet the needs of both the military and civilian sectors. Training programs must align with the country’s development trends, and the school should continue conducting in-depth scientific research to excel in its educational and training missions.
