Cambodian Defense Attachés visits Signal Officer Candidate School

An overview of the working session

Senior Colonel Nguyen Nhu Thang, Deputy Director of the Signal Officer Candidate School, and other representatives welcomed the Cambodian delegation.

During the meeting, Senior Colonel Nguyen Nhu Thang briefed Major General Leang Sovannara and the delegation on the training outcomes of Cambodian military personnel at the school over the past years and affirmed that the school would continue to provide the best conditions to improve the training quality for Cambodian military troops and signal officers in the future.

Major General Leang Sovannara thanked the Signal Corps and the school for their support to the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces in education and training, assisting equipment, and sending experts to transfer technology and knowhow, contributing to the development of the signal forces of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.

Both sides exchanged viewpoints on measures to improve the education and training quality for Cambodian military cadets, while informing about the cadets’ situation to address any arising issues.

After the meeting, Major General Leang Sovannara visited and encouraged Cambodian military cadets currently studying at the school.
