MND delegation checks combat readiness of Dak Lak provincial Military Command
PANO - A delegation of the Ministry of National Defense (MND), led by Deputy Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh, on January 28 visited the Dak Lak provincial Military Command and checked its combat readiness posture, observance of discipline, and preparations for upcoming training season and lunar New Year (Tet) 2024 celebrations.

Gen. Anh highly praised and applauded the unit’s achievements gained over the past time. He highlighted the unit’s combat readiness work, force regularity building, observance of discipline, coordination with other forces to ensure security in the stationed locality, especially during festivals, including Tet holiday. He also lauded them for making good preparations for the new training season and paying timely attention to the life of officers and troops during the upcoming Tet celebrations as well as carrying out policies for discharged soldiers.
Gen. Anh asked the Dak Lak provincial Military Command to continue to make good suggestions to local Party committee and authorities to comprehensively implement military and defense tasks with high quality.
The unit was urged to be pro-active in forecasting, keeping a close watch on situational developments; observing combat readiness regulations; practicing guarding, patrolling and fire-fighting scenarios; ensuring weapons and technical equipment for task performance; as well as preparing for receiving and training new recruits.

The deputy chief of the General Staff requested the unit’s Party committee and Chain-of-Command to organize cozy, healthy, and safe Tet celebrations for troops and well implement policies for troops, their families, and other local policy beneficiaries and people.
As the lunar New Year is approaching, Gen. Anh extended New Year greetings and presented Tet gifts to the officers and soldiers of the Dak Lak provincial Military Command.
