In his concluding speech, General Can highly valued the performance by officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers in four affiliate organs of MR5. He also stressed that Party organizations and chains-of-command of units under MR5 should further boost the quality of regulation and discipline observance among troops.
In additions, MR5’s organs and units were requested to improve troops’ political stance and understanding of laws, build internal solidarity, and manage weapons and equipment.
Furthermore, they should also pay due attention to taking care of troops’ material and spiritual life, raising healthcare quality to meet tasks’ requirements, and building comprehensively strong units.
