Strategy-level units should seriously implement military regulations

PANO – Addressing the training contest on Nov.14th, Lieutenant-General Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, stated that strategic-level units should strictly implement all military regulations.
This year’s event drew 189 officers and non-commissioned officers from 7 units directly under the Defence Ministry and all of them met requirements. In the unarmed line-up regulation category, the Staff of the General Department II ranked first, followed by the Department of Logistics of the General Staff and the Staff of the General Department of Logistics, respectively. Besides, the organization panel also presented gifts to 3 officers for their best points in the singles event.
Addressing the ceremony, General Khanh asked the participants to take initiative in implementing regulations to set examples for their subordinates, in contribution to building comprehensively strong units, as well as continue to promote their regulation training quality in the time to come. Next year, the Defence Ministry plans to re-exam regulation training quality of strategy-level units.
