To victoriously complete its tasks in 2024, Gen. Cuong asked the unit to grasp mission situations in the new period, be aware of enemy’s plots and schemes, heighten revolutionary vigilance, build firm political stance, absolutely believe in the leadership of the Party, undertake and fulfil all assignments. He also requested the unit’s troops to practice hard for the parade at the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

In this year’s training season, the regiment has set a target that all training contents are met with 75 percent of the trainees achieving results with flying colors and the regiment being titled “Good training unit.”
In his speech, Commander of the ADAF Service Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Hien asked the unit to raise troops’ political awareness, competency, help them master weapons and equipment, enhance close-to-task requirement training. He also urged troops to heighten vigilance, further practice to be able to defeat enemy in any combat situation, even the complex ones, and actively apply science and technology advances to training.

* Hailing Regiment 141 under Division 312 for its achievements gained over the past time, Deputy Defense Minister Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Hoai Nam urged the unit to promote three breakthroughs and carry out the “Determined-to-Win” 2024 emulation movement in diverse forms. He also asked for training renovation, organization of more night, mobile, high-intensive training, and promotion of youths’ vanguard spirit and creativity in training and combat readiness.

* As they are stationed in a border locality, Deputy Director of the GDP Lt. Gen. Le Quang Minh requested the Kon Tum provincial Border Guard Command and Military Command to closely train troops and work with each other and with local forces to deal with situations in border areas and manage borderline and border markers.
