Military units organize young officer exchanges 2018
PANO – To properly understand young officers’ thoughts and aspiration in order to have timely solutions to fulfilling well missions, various young officer exchanges 2018 were held throughout military units.
* The Artillery Corps of the Vietnam People's Army has just held an exchange for its young officers. At the event, participants frankly shared their opinions with the hope to have democratic working environment and favorable conditions to work, study and develop.
The exchange helped the Party committees and commanders at all levels to learn more about the thoughts and aspiration of young officers so as to have timely solutions to encouraging them to promote their talents.
* The Commando Corps also held a similar activity for officers to share their difficulties and discuss how to prevent signs of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the military and find solutions to raising professionalism and fulfilling all missions.
This was a chance for commanders at all levels to understand more about their troops’ conditions so that they could find out feasible solutions to helping young officers overcome difficulties to fulfill assigned tasks, contributing to building strong Party organizations and comprehensively strong units.
* The exchange for young officers of Brigade 134 under the Signal Corps focused on discussing issues affecting training results of troops and responsibilities of young officers in building strong units.
Over the past time, the unit had to overcome difficulties to improve their task performance, meeting all requirements of missions in the current context.
