The Indian officers introduced their youth models, while the Vietnamese focused on movements and voluntary programs.

The leaders and young officers of Indian units affirmed that in the coming time the two countries should boost experience sharing and cooperation activities to raise youths’ roles and responsibilities for carrying out new and challenging missions.

The Vietnam-India young officer exchange program is a regular event developed by the two countries’ Ministers of National Defense to offer young officers chances to exchange and learn experiences in promoting the youth’ role in building units in particular and the militaries in general, making contributions to deepening Vietnam-India defense cooperation and comprehensive strategy partnership.
