Military television program reviews 10 years of broadcast
PANO – Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, chaired an video conference to review 10 years of the “Chung toi la chien si” (We are soldiers) program.
Over the past 10 years of broadcasting in the Vietnam Television (VTV), the program aired 520 episodes, drawing the participation of more than 300,000 soldiers. The program was listed in the top 10 programs with the largest audience, attracting millions of domestic and foreign audiences.

Reports at the conference suggested the program features troops’ lives more and highlights the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
The army will continue to coordinate closely with VTV to innovate the program to promote the creativity of each military unit associated with specific task.
On this occasion, the Ministry of National Defense presented certificates of merit to 20 groups and nine individuals; and the General Department of Politics presented certificates of merit to 25 groups and 21 individuals.
