Military institute urged to master science and technology
PANO - The Military Science and Technology Institute should do its utmost to master science and technology to further contribute to the cause of building a revolutionary, regular, elite and gradually modern army.

Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang,
member of the Party Central Committee,
permanent member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff and Deputy Minister of National Defense stated that during his working visit to the institute, which is under the Ministry of National Defense, on June 13.
Having checked the unit and heard reports on its typically-designed and specific products, Gen. Giang hailed it for its achievements.
He agreed with the institute’s proposals and emphasized that it should boost technology transfer to civilian and military agencies and scientific and technological cooperation with foreign partners while effectively supporting the management, exploitation and using hi-tech weapons and equipment in military units.
