Joint patrols for border management and protection
PANO - Conducting bilateral and joint patrols to manage and protect border areas is a regular mission for border units and their counterparts in neighboring countries. During patrols, both sides inspect border lines and landmarks to ensure their integrity. They also exchange information on developments in border areas to coordinate responses to issues related to territorial sovereignty, national border security, and social order.
