During the competition, participants flexibly and creatively applied their knowledge and experience, demonstrating confidence across operational and training staff tasks. The events included drafting documents, presenting combat decisions and plans to superiors, developing combat training plans, firing the K54 pistol in Exercise 2b, and physical training tests, etc.

The competition provided an opportunity for officers to enhance their knowledge, strengthen their confidence, and improve their working methods and style. It also aimed to raise the quality of staff work and training, and build the Military Region 9 into a comprehensively strong, “exemplary and typical” force.

The People’s Army Newspaper would like to introduce some photos of the competition.
