Fisherman Phan Hoang Duong, born in 1981, a native of Hoai Thanh commune, Hoai Nhon district, Binh Dinh province, on trawler BĐ 96886TS, was hospitalized at Song Tu Tay Island Infirmary in Truong Sa island district of Khanh Hoa province at 9.15pm on the same day.
He was diagnosed as shocked due to bleeding. The infirmary’s doctors and nurses put him on a drip and provided him with other medicines while local troops donated their blood to save him.
