Huge napalm bomb defused in Khanh Hoa
PANO - Military engineers from the Khanh Hoa provincial Military Command on June 12 safely detonated a huge napalm bomb left over from the war.

The bomb weighs around 750 pounds |
The bomb, around 750 pounds in weight, dropped by the US Air Force during the war in Vietnam, was unearthed by local people while clearing ground in Dien Xuan commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa.
Having been informed of the bomb, the provincial Military Command immediately sent military engineers to the scene to move the bomb to a safe site for deactivation.
This is the third napalm bomb that has been found in Dien Khanh district and successfully defused by local military engineers over the past three years.
