GS Deputy Chief inspects Radar Station 29 and Factory A32
PANO - A delegation of the General Staff, led by its Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, inspected Radar Station 29 (Regiment 290, Division 375) and Factory A32 (Air Defense - Air Force Service) on August 1.
Since the beginning of this year, Radar Station 29 has strictly maintained regulations and training and combat readiness to protect the airspace; the system of documents on combat and peak combat readiness has been ensured as regulated.

Meanwhile, Factory A32 has successfully completed the tasks of repairing all types of aircraft, measuring instruments, specialized motorbikes, and charging stations for training and combat readiness missions, among others.
After the inspection, Lt. Gen. Pham Truong Son applauded the obtained achievements of Radar Station 29 and Factory A32 in task performance over the past time.

In the time to come, Lt. Gen. Pham Truong Son required the Party Committee and chains-of-commands of the two units to effectively implement education and training work to enhance troops’ political stance and combat readiness competence; strictly maintain regulations and combat readiness posture to safeguard the airspace and ensure absolute safety for the targets.
Also, the units should practice hard to raise their combat competence; pro-actively improve their expertise; and train the contingent of officers, engineers, and employees to master the technological chain, while speeding up the progress of projects; increasing the quality of the repairs of aircraft, weapons, and technical equipment; enhancing patrols to ensure the safety for the units and stationed areas.
