According to a report delivered at the working session, over the past time, the Army Officer Training School No.2 has strictly observed the resolutions, directives, and regulations of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense, concentrated on raising training quality and conducted tactical exercises as planned, ensuring absolute safety for personnel and equipment.
Meanwhile, the school has organized training courses to raise instructors’ capabilities, studied and compiled teaching documents, applied scientific projects in education and training, as well as overcome shortcomings pointed out through the inspections of higher levels, among others.

Speaking at the working session, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Doan Anh praised the school for its achievements gained in the first nine months of 2023. In particular, the school has actively innovated the contents and methods of training and teaching to be suitable for its cadets and ensure the quality. The GS deputy chief evaluated that the barracks and classrooms are modern, clean and beautiful, meeting the requirements of education and training tasks.
Additionally, he noted that some cadets grasp teaching and training uncertainly, thereby instructors and educational administrators should heighten their role in sharing knowledge and experience to cadets.

Currently, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has exerted various impacts on many fields, including education and training. Therefore, the school should continue to innovate teaching and learning contents and methods, actively grasp directives and resolutions of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training in the new situation; constantly improve training quality, combined training with enhancing political stance, ideological education, and social skills for cadets to meet the requirements of tasks in reality after graduation.
