Over the past time, under the leadership and direction of the General Staff’s Party Committee and leadership, the emulation and commendation work and the “Determined to Win” movement have comprehensively, synchronously, and creatively been implemented and obtained many outstanding results.
The “Determined to Win” movement has become a great driving force, directly contributing to the comprehensive fulfillment of military and defense tasks. Many tasks have been completed successfully and excellently, leaving remarkable imprints across various fields, recognized and highly valued by the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense.

From the movement, many outstanding collectives and individuals in all areas have emerged. The General Staff decided to present flags to 18 collectives and certificates of merit to 35 collectives and 38 individuals in acknowledgement of their achievements in the “Determined to Win” movement over the past five years.
At the event, exemplary individuals shared their experience, best practices, innovations, and effective models in the “Determined to Win” movement, encouraging officers and soldiers to actively emulate, train, and strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
