General Phan Van Giang visited and encouraged invited delegates currently staying at the hotel. He inquired about their living conditions and legitimate needs to provide timely direction for adjustments and improvements where necessary.

Along with inspecting facilities, the defense leader checked the on-duty performance of forces at the hotel. He required them to strictly maintain duty regulations, ensure close coordination among sections, and handle arising situations flexibly and promptly, absolutely ensuring that no error occurs, even the smallest one.

The same day, General Phan Van Giang inspected the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense’s Archives Center. Here, the Defense Minister inspected actual workplaces of officers and employees and heard reports on the layout of workspaces and facility conditions.

General Phan Van Giang requested the center to continue reviewing and perfecting the workplace layout plan in a scientific and tidy manner, suitable for its functions and tasks, while focusing on ensuring absolute safety for the archived document system.

The minister also noted that as the entire military is highly focused on serving the 14th National Party Congress, each agency and unit must uphold the highest sense of responsibility and pro-actively made preparation for assigned tasks thoroughly, contributing to the overall success of the event.
