He emphasized the need to proactively guide and organize youth union work and the military youth movement in the new period. This effort must align with the Vietnam People’s Army's three functions: a fighting force, a working force, and a production force. He also stressed strengthening advisory work in political and traditional education to ensure unity in will and action among military youth. This enables them to promote patriotism and creativity, lead in difficult tasks, and accelerate digital transformation. Such contributions help build a young workforce for the military and the country, further enhancing the image of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” in the new era.
At the working session with the Department of Policy and Social Affairs, General Nguyen Trong Nghia praised the department’s recent achievements. Notably, the department has proactively advised the Party and the State on issuing guidelines and policies for the military and its rear. Additionally, social security and health insurance have been implemented comprehensively, ensuring timely healthcare and benefits for all officers, soldiers, and employees.
