Speaking at the ceremony, General Nguyen Tan Cuong expressed his delight at the enthusiastic spirit of the young men from Ninh Binh as they set off to fulfill their military duty. He encouraged them to strive in study and training, strictly observe military discipline, enhance their political steadfastness, and continuously cultivate the moral qualities of soldiers and the noble traditions of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new era, thereby contributing to upholding the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army.

The Chief of the General Staff expressed confidence that the youth of Ninh Binh would follow in the footsteps of previous generations, striving to become outstanding servicemen worthy of the trust and expectations of local Party committees, authorities, and their families.

According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Military Command, in recent years the provincial Party Committee and the provincial People’s Committee have comprehensively directed the selection and recruitment of citizens for military service and service in the People's Public Security. Local authorities and units have actively and proactively prepared for the enlistment ceremonies, which were held simultaneously across the province on the morning of March 4.

Military agencies at all levels have effectively advised local Party committees and authorities on improving the quality of military service registration, managing citizens of enlistment age, organizing the selection of conscripts, and implementing policies for enlistees, thereby enhancing the overall quality of recruits.

Among the citizens enlisted for military service in 2026, 241 are Party members, while 14.6 percent hold college or university degrees. The enlistment ceremonies were organized in a solemn and well-prepared manner.
