During the first half of this year, Brigade 113 has strictly implemented directives and regulations from higher levels, maintained political education and legal dissemination programs, with 100 percent of personnel participating in political training. The unit has effectively managed troop morale and oriented public opinion, ensuring that all troops remained confident and ready to accomplish assigned missions.

It has effectively carried out information dissemination, emulation and commendation activities. In addition, it has actively countered hostile and wrongful views in cyberspace, promoted the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new situation, and maintained a healthy military cultural environment.
Party committees and Party cells at all levels have maintained strict adherence to working regulations, improved the quality of their meetings, and strengthened Party building alongside cadre development. Party and political work has been closely integrated into training, combat readiness, exercises, major political events, and international visits.
The brigade has also maintained a high state of combat readiness, regularly updated operational plans, coordinated closely with local forces to safeguard security and public order, and conducted training in line with the principle of being “basic, practical, and solid,” with emphasis on mastering new weapons and equipment.

Regarding future tasks, he asked the unit to complete all assigned tasks, prepare thoroughly for the mid-year review conference, improve the effectiveness of Party and political work in training and combat readiness, and promote the application of science, technology, and digital transformation across all areas of operation.
The GDP’s deputy chief expressed confidence that Brigade 113 would continue to uphold its tradition as a three-time Hero of the People's Armed Forces and its 24-word golden tradition, successfully accomplishing all assignments and meeting the requirements of safeguarding the Fatherland in the new situation.
