To date, the museum has welcomed over 200,000 visitors. On peak days, the number exceeds 45,000, posing challenges in visitor management, security, and preservation of the museum’s premises.

During the working session, participants discussed solutions to address these issues, including traffic operation on the Thang Long Highway, enhanced security patrols to ensure visitor safety, and the installation of protective barriers and signage to prevent climbing on exhibits. Additional equipment will also be deployed to handle emergencies promptly.
