During the one-week long journey, crossing nearly 1,000 nautical miles, the delegation visited Da Thi (Petley Reef), Sinh Ton Dong (Grierson Reef), Len Dao (Lansdowne Reef), An Bang (Amboyna Cay), Da Dong C (East London Reef C), Da Tay C (West London Reef C), Truong Sa (Spratly), and DK1/9.

The delegates presented 222 packages of necessities, nine water purifiers, two table tennis sets, three televisions, two bicycles, two freezers, two water pumps, one loudspeaker, seven electric fans, two laptops, and other essential items to troops and people on islands and the platform. The total value of the gifts exceeded VND 3 billion.

The delegation also organized cultural exchanges in celebration of the 134th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, artistic performances, and a writing contest on national sea and islands. Members of the delegation also took more than 200 photos and presented them to troops who are performing duties on islands.
