Since early twelfth lunar month, units across the division developed detailed plans and carried out synchronized activities to decorate and clean their barracks, creating a fresh and welcoming environment for Tet. Upholding the spirit of “celebrating Spring joyfully, safely, economically, and with a high level of combat readiness,” the division focused on refurbishing facilities and enhancing the overall landscape of the units. Flags, banners, slogans, and traditional Tet flowers were carefully arranged along main roads and throughout the barracks, while national altars and the year’s mascot were solemnly and thoughtfully displayed.

The barracks have been transformed by vibrant colors and the cheerful atmosphere of Spring, bringing joy, excitement, and warmth, especially to soldiers celebrating Tet away from home for the first time.

These preparations have not only help create a festive mood, but also strengthened officers’ and soldiers’ trust and attachment to their units, allowing them to celebrate Tet together with peace of mind while remaining fully ready to carry out their assigned missions.
