Development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation in military promoted

In the first two months of this year, the CMC and its Standing Committee led and directed the whole military to implement Resolution No.57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, obtaining the set goals.

The MND promptly developed a comprehensive, detailed plan for the implementation of tasks assigned in the Government's action program for the implementation of the Politburo's Resolution No.57-NQ/TW; and maintained the sending, reception and processing of non-confidential electronic documents on the digital platform. All agencies and units have issued electronic documents with personal digital signatures. The bottlenecks in mechanisms and policies hindering the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in the military have been actively reviewed, consulted and proposed to be removed.

In his remarks, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh required the working group to direct agencies and units to strictly implement the resolutions of the Politburo and CMC; focus on the implementation of the MND’s plans; enhance the review and research of restructuring scientific and technological research organizations, improving the efficiency and capacity of the research on the development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation in military, among others.
