Defense Ministry steps up the building of e-government model
PANO – The E-government Steering Board of the Defense Ministry reviewed its task performance in the first six months of this year under the chair of Senior Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang, permanent member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA), and Deputy Defense Minister, on August 9.
In the first half of 2019, the Central Military Commission and Defense Ministry paid due attention to promoting application of information technology (IT), maintaining information security, and continuously building the e-government model for the ministry.
Particularly, the Steering Board well implemented the Government-assigned missions on the building of the e-government model and issued a number of legal instructions to facilitate IT application in the ministry.
