General Vinh required functional organs to effectively operate the public service portal of the defense ministry and the electronic one-stop information system while publicizing administrative procedures as regulated. He noted that the organs should pay more attention to building legal documents, creating a legal corridor for the management, connection and data sharing among the information systems of the defense ministry.
