MMU urged to speed up administration reform and e-Government building
PANO - A mission from the Steering Board for Administration Reform and E-Government Building under the Ministry of National Defense, led by its head, Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, checked the implementation of administration reform at the Military Medical University (MMU) on November 17.
Over the past time, the university’s Party committee and Directorate have led the effective implementation of the work in line with higher levels’ regulations and instructions.

The university have reviewed 58 administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of National Defense, completed ten out of 12 tasks on controlling administrative procedures as planned, publicized the list of 58 current administrative procedures, launched intranet, used document management and work records software using digital signatures, effectively operated online channels and taken advantage of software and smart apps during its management and administration.

In his concluding speech, General Vinh asked the school to continue embracing higher levels’ directions on administrative reform, build leadership resolutions, and lead the implementation of the work in line with real situations.
The MMU was also requested to combine administration reform with building e-government, to build synchronous, modern, smooth, safe, and widely connected information technology infrastructure, and to apply information technology to handling administrative procedures and to direction and management.
