General Phan Van Giang emphasized that the forces must train with the highest sense of responsibility and effort, with each individual, line, and formation demonstrating unity, discipline, and the strength of the Vietnam People's Army after 50 years of national reunification. Every officer and soldier needs to clearly understand the honor and pride of participating in the parade, thus determining their responsibility to train thoroughly and proficiently, overcoming difficulties, making the most of training time, and strictly adhering to discipline. Trainers and commanding officers must continue monitoring, adjusting, and drawing lessons; conducting assessments and classifications for each individual, team, line, and formation. Additionally, the units’ commanding officers must strictly maintain training protocols and ensure absolute safety for personnel, weapons, and equipment.
