Lieutenant General Le Phuc Nguyen, Editor-in-Chief of the People’s Army Newspaper, addresses the working session

PANO - Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, on April 22nd worked with the Board of Directors of the Military-run telecom group Viettel.

At the meeting, the representatives of the General Department of Politics and Viettel reviewed the results of their cooperation in the past time.

Lieutenant General Le Phuc Nguyen, Editor-in-Chief of the People’s Army Newspaper, affirmed that the newspaper teamed up with Viettel in many activities and it would continue working with Viettel to organize social events in the upcoming time to promote Viettel’s products as well as help the community.

For his part, Major General Nguyen Manh Hung, General Director of Viettel, thanked for all the help and cooperation of the General Department of Politics.

Viettel has been researching many innovative solutions for the upcoming cooperation such as covering 3G network for all army units, producing budget computer tablet for army units, and producing equipment for political education.

Viettel will work with the Military Broadcasting Centre to review one year of broadcasting “Vietnam National Defence Television” program.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia hoped the cooperation between Viettel and military press agencies will become more effective.
