PANO - The General Department of Defense Industry and its Factory Z115, in association with local authorities, have just handed over a house of comradeship to non-commissioned Major Lai Thi Ha, a worker of the factory. The officer, in Quyet Thang commune, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, is in housing difficulty.

The house was built at total cost of VND 70 million, coming from the general department's fund of "Day for the needy".

At the ceremony, the general department and Factory Z115 also presented several necessities to the officer s family.
