Competition on electronic warfare in the whole military kicked off in 2022

The event was attended by Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang, and Major General Nguyen Long Bien, Head of the Department of Electronic Warfare.

The competition aims to raise command and staff competence and leadership of chains-of-command as well as capability of troops in evaluating and addressing issues related to electronic warfare.

At the opening

The festival includes two major categories, namely command and staff work (leaders at battalion and company levels building and reporting operation plans to higher levels) and troops practicing the plans.

Addressing the opening event, General Thang requested the participating units to actively share experience and organize the program in line with reality and assigned tasks of each units. Meanwhile, they should also make recommendations to the Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense to be ready in any circumstances. In addition, they were also asked to raise training quality so as to promote the combined strength of the military in general and the electronic warfare force in particular.

The competition is scheduled to last until October 29.
