An overview of the program

The program encompasses the following main objectives: Organizing the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies to the people; participating in the construction of a safe locality and a firm political system; supporting local development in the economic, cultural, and social sectors; reducing poverty; building new-style rural areas; and implementing social welfare activities, thereby contributing to improving the quality of life for people.

Additionally, the program aims to support and assist fishermen in reaching out to high sea and safeguarding the sovereignty over national sea and islands. It also involves mobilizing manpower, resources, civilian vessels, and boats to actively participate in protecting the national sovereignty at sea.
