The special prize presented to the best orator

The closing ceremony of the two-day contest took place at the Naval Academy on March 18.

At the event, Do Phuong Thao, deputy head of the organizing panel of the contest, reported that the national contest saw the competition of 27 orators from the Military Party Organization, the Public Security Central Party Organization, and party organizations of 21 cities and provinces nationwide.

Thao highlighted orators’ political stance, skills, enthusiasm and responsibility.

Noting that 19 out of 27 orators were from the armed forces, Thao highly praised the dissemination work in the forces which has received much attention from party committees, contributing to the implementation of political duties of units and agencies.

The official also emphasized that contestants found new and important contents of the 13th National Party Congress, such as aspiration for a prosperous and happy country, people’s heart posture building, human security, and responsibility to set exemplary example for their presentations.

Thao also stressed that the presentations were convincing, clear, and associated with realities of the nation and in the contestants’ localities and units.

At the event, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education thanked and highly appreciated the General Department of Political Affairs and other military agencies and units for a successful organization of the contest.

Apart from the aforementioned prizes, the organizers presented two more first, nine second, and 12 third ones.

The Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education also gave certificates of merit to 15 groups for their contribution to the success of the contest.
