Young Vietnamese and Cambodian officers exchange and learn from each other.

The activities aim to popularize and educate about the time-honored friendship and solidarity between the two militaries and peoples in general and the armed forces of Binh Phuoc province and Cambodian military units stationed in the areas bordering Binh Phuoc province in particular. These give young officers opportunities to exchange, learn from each other to improve their expertise, enrich their knowledge and acquire more experience, especially learn more about the salvation path of Prime Minister Hun Sen and traditions of each unit and locality.

Colonel Quan added that the visit of the Cambodian delegation helped promote the solidarity and closeness among units of the two countries contributing to fostering the friendship, solidarity, and relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia, and to building a borderline of peace, friendship, cooperation and development.
