Vietnam wraps up training course for Lao defense trade union cadres

In nearly one month, the Lao trainees were provided with knowledge on eight subjects and had fact-finding trips to trade unions of Factory Z133 (General Technical Department), Factory Z199 (General Department of Defense Industry), Factory A31 (Air Defense - Air Force Service) and more.

In his speech, Senior Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hai, Head of the Defense Trade Union Board, hoped that the Lao trainees would well apply what they have learned from the course to practice at their workplaces to help build strong trade union organizations and fulfill their assigned missions.

Hai also expressed his hope that the two sides would further boost exchange and experience sharing in public work, trade union, and related activities to raise awareness of and promote capability of the two military trade unions’ cadres, contributing to the development of the two armies and fulfillment of the national construction and protection missions.
