At the class on air rescue
Australian experts shared practical experiences regarding air rescue operations at UN peacekeeping missions and discussed operational procedures for air rescue missions at the UN South Sudan Mission.
In addition, a flight practice at Bien Hoa Airport was organized to help trainees improve their skills in response to emergency situations with the guidance of the Australian experts.
During the course, U.S. experts will instruct the hospital's staff to improve their emergency triage skills.
After the program, trainees will undergo a test and, on passing this test, they will receive the International Injury Surveillance (ITLS) certificate to meet the UN criteria for deployment to UN Peacekeeping Missions.
