According to Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet, over the past nearly five decades since the two countries established their diplomatic ties, the bilateral relations have comprehensively developed. He added that the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense in general and the Hanoi Capital Command in particular are delighted at and highly appreciate the obtained achievements in bilateral cooperative relationship, including defense ties.
