Senior Colonel Ha Xuan Xu from the Naval High Command wished the guests a successful visit to Vietnam. In turn, Colonel Kang Hee Won thanked Vietnam’s relevant units for their warm reception.
During the four-day stay in Ho Chi Minh City, the Korean guests will visit the Naval Region II Command, tour some famous sites in the city, present gifts to the SOS Children's Village, and participate in friendly volleyball games with troops of the Naval Technique School.
The visit by the RoK warship will contribute to further development of the defence cooperation relationship between the two armies. Previously, it paid a four-day visit to the city in October 2012.
