Over one month, 20 Lao cadres will be provided with knowledge about planning, reviewing and documenting services, security, office management and more.

They will join a wide range of outdoor activities to be hosted by civilian and military units as well.

These activities are hoped to help them improve their expertise and learn more about Vietnam, its people and army.

In his speech, Senior Colonel Ngo Van Vinh, Deputy-Manager of the Office of the GDP of the Vietnam People’s Army, hoped that with this knowledge acquired during the course, Lao cadres can apply in reality to complete their missions, contributing to cementing the special friendship and ties between the two militaries.
