The Vietnamese senior officer hoped that after the course, the Cambodian officers will creatively apply acquired knowledge to their work so as to accomplish all of their assignments.

During the course, officers from the Center of Military Strategy Studies of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces learned theories on ten topics related to military strategies and went on field trips to several units under Military Region 1. These activities helped foster the understanding and the time-honored friendship between the militaries of Vietnam and Cambodia.
