The contingent includes commanding officers, engineering and military medical teams, service dogs, and search and rescue personnel, together with vehicles, equipment, and relief supplies.

Following the ministry's directive, the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services rapidly implemented a comprehensive plan, covering operational planning, personnel assignments, transportation, and the preparation of food, drinking water, medicines, and specialized equipment. All work has been carried out on schedule to ensure the contingent is ready to deploy immediately upon arrival in the disaster area.

By the morning of June 28, 65 tons of food, drinking water, medical supplies, and relief equipment had been assembled, inspected, sorted, packaged, and prepared for transport to Noi Bai International Airport.

After receiving the mission from the general department, its subordinate units quickly mobilized personnel and resources to meet the demanding timeline. Joint Stock Company 22 operated three continuous production shifts, producing 50 tons of compressed emergency rations, 3 tons of canned meat, and 3,000 liters of clean drinking water for the relief effort. On the afternoon of June 28, vehicles dispatched to deliver all relief cargo to Noi Bai International Airport for handover and loading.

The shipment to Venezuela carries not only food, medicine, and essential supplies but also the compassion, responsibility, and humanitarian spirit of the Vietnamese people toward communities affected by disaster. From Türkiye and Myanmar to Venezuela, the Vietnam People's Army has continued to respond to humanitarian emergencies, demonstrating Vietnam's commitment to international responsibility and its longstanding tradition, “Helping others meaning helping ourselves.”

The mission reflects the unified leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, the close coordination among participating forces, and the pro-active logistics and technical support provided by the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services. It also highlights the Vietnam People's Army's capability to organize and sustain international humanitarian operations while further promoting the positive image of the Vietnamese military within the global community.
