Since the beginning of this year, Division 330 has thoroughly studied, grasped, and strictly implemented directives and resolutions issued by Party committees at all levels. The division has seriously carried out the thematic program on promoting the cultural values of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new era, as well as the guiding viewpoints of General Secretary and State President To Lam.

The division has strictly implemented resolutions, directives, orders, and regulations related to combat readiness; documents, directives, and regulations issued by the Ministry of National Defense and the MR9 Command on regularity building, discipline management and observance. It has effectively monitored, managed, and resolved soldiers’ personal issues, especially among new recruits, while intensifying information dissemination activities and promptly orienting troops’ awareness and thoughts, among others.
Applauding the outcomes obtained by Division 330 over the past time, General Nguyen Trong Nghia required the unit to continue conducting in-depth studies in both theory and practice, remain proactive in all situations; thoroughly grasp all assigned tasks; and adopt more innovative methods in training and exercises.

Meanwhile, the unit should effectively carry out mass mobilization work to reinforce the solidarity and close ties between the military and people, contributing to building a firm posture of people’s hearts. The unit should stay proactive and ready to assist local people in preventing, responding to, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and diseases, to name but a few.
During the working session with the Border Station of Tinh Bien International Border Gate, General Nghia asked the unit to continue to effectively carry out tasks related to crime prevention and control, strengthening defense external affairs, and closely coordinate in border management and protection.
At the same time, the unit should closely coordinate with local authorities in information dissemination and mass mobilization activities; effectively implement social welfare policies; participate in building a strong grassroots political system; promptly handle issues related to sovereignty and border security; and closely monitor the local situation.

The station was also tasked with effectively carrying out border external affairs work, while disseminating information and encouraging people on both sides of the border to strictly comply with treaties, agreements, border management regulations, and bilateral commitments.
In coordination with local Party authorities, the unit should continue implementing effective dissemination and mobilization activities, as well as programs and models supporting local people in socio-economic development, poverty reduction, new-style rural development, and strengthening grassroots political systems, thereby contributing to building a strong whole-people border posture in border areas.
