Foreign military attachés to Vietnam visit Thua Thien Hue
PANO - A mission of military attachés to Vietnam, led by Colonel Eugene Vincent Jeoffrey Dudley, South African defense attaché to Vietnam, visited and worked with the Thua Thien Hue Military Command on May 23.
During the reception, a leader of the Thua Thien Hue Military Command affirmed that the local armed forces have overcome all difficulties to uphold the glorious tradition of “Loyalty, unity, resilience, creativeness and victory.”

Over the past years, along with implementing training and combat readiness missions, the provincial armed forces have engaged in activities to promote socio-economic development and natural disaster and disease prevention and control, contributing to fulfilling military-defense tasks and building the firm all-people's defense and people's security postures.
For his part, Colonel Eugene V.J. Dudley thanked the Vietnamese side for the warm welcome. He spoke highly of the achievements in the military-defense task implementation of the province over the past time.

He also affirmed that the visit offered a chance for the delegation to share experience in defense external affairs, contributing to consolidating the friendship, trust, and mutual understanding between foreign military attachés and the provincial military command.
