Delegates from ASEAN member countries will also exchange views on regional security challenges of common concern and propose approaches to promoting cooperation in a practical manner and strengthen intra-block solidarity to effectively respond to challenges.
In addition, the meeting also reviewed the two-year operation plan of ASEAN militaries and the draft Joint Declaration of the ACDFM-17. These important documents will be approved at the ACDFM-17 to serve as a basis for ASEAN militaries to promote their cooperation in the coming time.
