Five years ago, the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) made its strategic shifting in the fourth phase - global business phases and the fourth Industrial Revolution - with the launch of Viettel Solutions.
As a representative of Viettel, it has implemented digital transformation among the government, ministries, sectors, provincial and municipal People’s Committees, enterprises, and organizations in Vietnam. Therefore, Viettel Solutions is always aware of its mission of “Accompanying government, enterprises, communities to apply digital technology to benefit organizations and bring happiness to the people,” and equipping people nationwide with information technology solutions.

To meet the set goals, Viettel Solutions has been developed with outstanding growth and made active contribution to the cause of national digital transformation.
Regarding digital transformation in the government, Viettel Solutions has accompanied the government, ministries, and sectors to directly implement solutions to help modernize direction and administration procedures. It also supported 20 units of the Ministry of National Defense to establish an Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) in 40 provinces and cities, and a Security Operation Center (SOC) in more than 30 localities, among others.
With the message “Technology with heart,” Viettel Solutions attached much importance to mapping out solutions for a digital society to meet all the people’s demands and serve management agencies.
Addressing the event, Senior Colonel Nguyen Manh Ho, General Director of Viettel Solutions, shared that Viettel Solutions operates with kindness, providing high-quality product quality as scheduled, efficiency, and dedication. Therefore, it will promote its strengths and desire to realize its key mission in national digital transformation.”

After a strong shifting, Viettel Solutions has affirmed its leading position in the digital transformation solutions field in Vietnam as a trustworthy and leading partner in digital transformation, while enhancing its position and brand in the international area.
