Viettel Post integrates financial services for household businesses into its logistics platform
PANO - On February 2, Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation (Viettel Post) officially launched its financial services for household businesses and online sellers, integrated directly into the company’s logistics platform.
The service aims to help sellers access capital in a flexible and timely manner to support business expansion and development.
Built on a logistics platform serving millions of individual customers and household businesses nationwide, Viettel Post delivers financial utilities directly to users during the order fulfillment process. Through this integration, sellers can simultaneously manage delivery operations and address cash-flow needs, significantly shortening the time required to access capital compared with traditional methods.

Designed for household businesses and online sellers, this financial service addresses short-term needs for inventory and operations. Based on Viettel Post transaction history, customers can access unsecured credit limits from VND 30 million to VND 100 million.
Loan terms are flexibly structured from 3 to 24 months, aligning with business cycles, allowing sellers to manage cash flow and working capital directly on the logistics platform. Viettel Post views logistics as modern commerce infrastructure where goods, information, and capital flows must be synchronized.
This strategy expands a customer-centric ecosystem to increase value for sellers. Moving forward, Viettel Post will partner with more financial institutions to diversify products and enhance capital access.
