According to a report delivered at the congress, over the past five years, with sound leadership of party committees and chains-of-command at all levels together with creative and breakthrough solutions, the emulation and rewarding work and the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement have been a source of encouragement for the corporation to promote solidarity, overcome difficulties, be resilient and pioneer in different fields.

As a result, its staff has developed a number of ideas, realized ambitions and aspirations to contribute to the corporation’s excellent accomplishments of assigned tasks and its role model in the whole military and whole country’s emulation movements.
In the 2019-2024 period, the corporation has taken the lead in digital transformation, pioneered application of latest technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, and internet of things.
It has helped Viettel become the key and leading unit in creating a digital society and contributed to bringing Vietnam on par with the world in technology. It is a role model in Viettel’s creative movement with more than 12,000 registered initiatives and ideas in the past five years, earning over VND 600 billion in profit.

Addressing the congress, Major General Tao Duc Thang, Viettel Group Chairman and General Director, emphasized Viettel Networks Corporation’s outcomes and special achievements which contributed to the company’s honor of awarding Labor Hero title and first, second, and third class Labor Orders.
He asked the corporation’s leadership to direct to lift the “Determined-to-win” emulation movement to a new level to make in more effective. It should also keep the networks operate smoothly, ensure information and data security in cyber space and streamline its apparatus to meet international standards for a world's leading technology company.
