For five consecutive years, Viettel has been honored as the best working space in the information technology, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors in 2021.
According to Anphabe's announcement, Viettel has ranked third, moving up one position on the list compared to the previous year.

Viettel has been honored as the best working space in the information technology, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors in 2021 for five consecutive years. |
The data was based on an annual and independent survey conducted by Anphabe. Via in-depth interviews, group surveys, and large-scale surveys, Anphabe has recorded the most objective opinions about more than 500 businesses in 20 industries from more than 70,000 employees nationwide, through criteria such as salary, company reputation, development opportunities, leadership, working and living quality, culture, and environment.
With a new mission titled “Pioneering the Creation of Digital Society,” Viettel is honored by Clarivate, a global leader in providing information on the quality of scientific research, as the most influential Vietnamese enterprise in innovation in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Viettel is also the most valuable brand in Vietnam, with the value of more than USD 6 billion as announced by Brand Finance.
It has also applied international standards to human resource assessment and policies in order to create the best development conditions for employees. In addition, Viettel has implemented many additional welfare programs for their officers and employees, enhancing financial security and health for themselves and their families. Currently, 40% of the leaders and managers of Viettel are under the age of 35. According to statistics, 3% of young, talented employees hired by Viettel become leaders and managers.
Viettel has spent nearly VND 23 billion in the last year to support over 13,000 employees whose work has been disrupted, and more than VND 2 billion on workers infected by COVID-19.
