Speaking at the event, Le Duc Van, Head of the Liaison Board of Hoang Dieu citadel national salvation youths, said that he and his friends were only 18-19 years old in 1945, but they were imbued with patriotism and willing to sacrifice themselves for national independence.

The event also saw the participation of veteran revolutionaries and outstanding youths, including Vu Trong Kim, Chairman of the Association of Former Vietnamese Volunteer Youths; doctor Than Manh Hung, Deputy Head of the Emergency Ward of the National Hospital of Tropical Diseases; Engineer Le Anh Tien, CEO of Chatbot Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company.

Through the exchange, youths across the country learned more about Vietnam’s 75-year glorious history as well as national unity and great dedication of volunteer youths.

At the event, Vietnamese youths promised  to study and work hard, join hands for the community and actively  contribute to the cause of socialism construction for the goals “Rich people - strong nation - equitable, democratic and civilized society.”
